Age of Majority

Warning Regarding Use

Salvia is not approved for human consumption by the FDA and may have yet unknown dangerous effects.  Buyer is aware that consumption of salvia may result in hallucination, inability to control one’s self, loss of sense of reality, anxiety, motor impairment, loss of balance, depression, suicide, or any of the following other psychedelic experiences: closed and open eye visualizations, time distortion, social dissociation, altered thought patterns, altered behavior, dreamlike/childlike states, increase in sensations, changes in body temperature, senses of fear or panic, increased perspiration, or introspection.

Indemnity

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SalviaDivinorum.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, members, partners, officers, agents and employees against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, actions, damages and expenses (including reasonable costs of investigation and attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of Buyer’s purchase and/or use of salvia.
